🔁 Return & Refund Policy

DFW Fabric Mart Inc.

At DFW Fabric Mart Inc., every order is cut, measured, and inspected with care. Because fabric is a custom-cut product, all sales are final. Please review our updated policy below.


🚫 All Sales Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
All fabric is cut to order and cannot be restocked or resold once processed.

Please review all product details carefully before purchasing. If you need help confirming a fabric, color, or yardage before ordering, call or text us at 214-477-0057 — we’re happy to assist.


🎨 Color Accuracy Disclaimer

Due to variations in lighting, screen settings, and photo backgrounds, fabric color may appear differently in images than in person.
Examples include lighting tone (daylight vs. warm indoor light), surface color (e.g. fabric on a brown table), and camera settings.

If you are color-matching for a project, we highly recommend ordering a swatch or contacting us for photo confirmation under neutral lighting.


📦 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order becomes unavailable after checkout, you may choose:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund for the unavailable product only

Other items in your order will still ship, and partial refunds for unavailable products do not affect the rest of your order.


🧵 Quality Assurance & Order Issues

We inspect all fabrics before shipping.
If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with the following:

  • A photo of the item received

  • A photo showing the issue (defect, wrong fringe, incorrect yardage, etc.)

  • A photo of the shipping label and packaging

We will review and work with you on a resolution.

In cases where only part of your order has a valid issue (e.g. incorrect fringe, wrong item, etc.), we will issue a refund for the product only.
Shipping fees are not refundable in these cases, as they are paid to the carrier once your order is shipped and delivery service has been rendered.


💸 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless DFW Fabric Mart Inc. is fully at fault (e.g. shipped completely wrong item).

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a new shipping fee will be required to resend it.


📬 Lost or Missing Packages

Every order includes shipping protection insurance at no extra cost.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

  • Check neighbors, building staff, mail rooms, and common areas

  • Double-check your shipping address

  • Look for attempted delivery slips or notices

If you still can't find it, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier:

We cannot issue refunds or replacements until the carrier completes their investigation.

If the carrier confirms loss/misdelivery:
➡️ We will refund or replace your order (excluding shipping).
If the carrier confirms successful delivery:
🚫 No refund/replacement can be offered in cases of confirmed delivery or suspected theft.
