Welcome to DFW Fabric Mart Inc. (“DFW Fabric Mart,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, shopping in-store, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), along with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Online Store Terms

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province.

You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform for our online services.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

You agree not to reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of our website, products, or services without written permission.

All payment information is encrypted during transfer.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

Product descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice.

We make every effort to display product colors accurately; however, screen displays may vary.

If an item becomes unavailable after checkout, we will notify you. You may select a replacement or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

Color Variations & Dye Lots

  • Colors may vary due to lighting, screen display, and dye lot differences.

  • We cannot guarantee exact color matches across different batches.

  • Customers who require an exact color match should request a swatch before ordering.

4. Cutting Policy

We provide cutting services to meet your fabric needs.

Standard Cutting

Orders include up to two free cuts across the width of the fabric.

Additional Cutting

More than two cuts incur a $5 per cut fee (non-refundable).

Cutting Table Use (In-Store)

Customers may use our cutting tables to lay out or inspect fabric, but may not cut fabric themselves.

Cut Fabric Is Final

Once fabric is cut to your requested yardage or measurements, the order cannot be returned, refunded, disputed, or canceled.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide complete and accurate account and purchase information.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit any orders that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or suspicious.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All shipping follows our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.

We do not accept customer-supplied shipping labels.
All shipping labels must be created by DFW Fabric Mart Inc.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.
Due to the custom-cut nature of fabric, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Exceptions apply only to defective or incorrect items. These must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

All packages are insured.
If a package is lost or missing, the recipient must submit a Missing Mail Search or Claim with the carrier.

We cannot provide refunds or replacements until the carrier completes its investigation.

If the carrier confirms misdelivery or loss, we will issue a replacement or refund for the product cost (excluding shipping).

If the carrier confirms successful delivery, the package is considered stolen and cannot be refunded or replaced.

9. Wholesale, Tax-Exempt & Business Accounts

Wholesale or tax-exempt status requires valid documentation.

We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke wholesale/tax-exempt status at any time.

Misuse of reseller permits or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension and possible legal action.

Wholesale and bulk orders may follow separate pricing, processing times, and policies.

10. Special Orders & Large Purchases

Special orders include:

  • Bulk yardage

  • Non-stock colors

  • Fabrics ordered specifically for a customer

  • Wholesale and event-based orders

Special Order Terms:

  • All special orders require full payment upfront

  • Special orders cannot be cancelled or refunded

  • Lead times depend on supplier availability

  • Dye lots may vary

  • You accept these conditions when placing a special order

11. Right to Limit Quantities

We may limit or refuse any order for reasons including:

  • Low inventory

  • High demand

  • Preventing stockpiling

  • Preventing resale misuse

  • Errors in yardage counts

  • Protecting fair access for all customers

If we adjust or reduce quantities, we will notify you promptly.

12. In-Store Safety & Conduct

For safety and operational efficiency:

  • Customers may NOT cut fabric themselves

  • Children must be supervised at all times

  • No unauthorized photography of employees, customers, or internal operations

  • We reserve the right to remove any customer engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior

  • Theft or attempted theft will be prosecuted

13. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may offer links to third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, safety, or performance.

14. Intellectual Property & Submissions

Any comments, ideas, images, or feedback submitted to us may be used without restriction.

15. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service on our website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFW Fabric Mart Inc. is not liable for damages arising from the use of our products or services.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DFW Fabric Mart Inc. from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
